When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you give us — your name, contact details, property location and a description of the work. If we attend site we may record job notes, measurements and photos of the work for compliance and quoting.
How we use it
To quote and carry out your work, lodge the compliance notices and certificates required in WA, keep records for warranty and legal obligations, and stay in touch about your job. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to do the work or meet the law — for example lodging notices with the relevant WA water or plumbing authority, or ordering parts and appliances for your job. We use reputable providers to host our website and forms.
Compliance records
Plumbing and gas work carries legal record-keeping obligations. We retain job and compliance records for the periods required under Western Australian law.
